These terms apply when you buy from phonebanana.co.uk. PhoneBanana is a trading name of Ultimate Image Ltd, company no. 12602498, VAT no. 400880133.

Your order

• Prices include VAT. Delivery is shown at checkout.
• Your order is accepted when we email you a confirmation. We may decline an order — for example if a design breaks the rules below — and will refund you in full if so.
• Because cases are custom-made, you can’t cancel once we’ve started printing. Custom cases can’t be returned for change of mind; see Delivery & Returns for what happens if something’s wrong.

Your design

• You must own, or have permission to use, any image you upload. You keep the rights to your image; you give us permission to reproduce it to make your order.
• Don’t upload anything illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else’s rights (including brand logos and characters you don’t own). We may refuse to print such designs.
• We print what’s in the preview. Please check your phone model and design before you order. Slight colour differences between screen and print are normal.

Our designs

The designs in our library are ours (or licensed to us) and are for use on cases bought from PhoneBanana only.

Delivery and problems

Delivery times are estimates. If a case arrives damaged, misprinted or doesn’t fit the model you chose, tell us within 30 days and we’ll reprint or refund. Our liability is limited to the price you paid for the order; nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
