Which phones do you make cases for?

iPhone 13 through to iPhone 17 (including mini, Plus, Pro, Pro Max, 16e and 17 Air), Samsung Galaxy S23, S24 and S25 families, and Google Pixel 7 to Pixel 10. Pick your exact model on the product page — the camera cut-out and shape are set for it.

What’s the difference between the three cases?

Slim Snap is a thin hard shell — lightest and slimmest, design printed edge to edge on a white base. Clear Flex is a soft, shock-absorbing clear case with reinforced corners; we print your design with a white underlayer so colours stay bright, and leave the rest see-through. MagSafe is the clear case with a magnet ring built in for MagSafe chargers, wallets and mounts.

How is the design printed?

UV-printed directly onto the case — the ink is cured with UV light as it’s printed, so it’s bonded to the case rather than a sticker or a film. It won’t peel, and it’s scratch-resistant in normal use.

Designing your case

What kind of photo works best?

Sharp, well-lit, and as large as you have — a photo straight from a modern phone is perfect. JPG, PNG or WebP up to 20 MB. If you’re on an iPhone and the photo is a HEIC, share or export it as a JPEG first. Faces and detail look best in the middle of the case, away from the camera cut-out.

Can I move and resize my photo?

Yes — drag it around, pinch or use the zoom slider, and rotate. The dark block shows where the camera cut-out is. What you see in the preview is what we print.

Can I add text or use my own artwork?

Upload any image you own, including artwork you’ve made with text in it. A built-in text tool and AI-generated designs are coming soon.

Do you keep my photo?

Only to print your order and handle any reprint. It’s not shown anywhere on the site and we delete uploads 90 days after your order is complete. See our privacy policy.

Ordering and delivery

How much is it?

£19.99 per case, whichever case type, whichever design — your own photo or one of ours. Delivery is £2.95 by Royal Mail, free over £35.

How long does it take?

We print and post within 2 working days; Royal Mail usually takes another 2–3. Most cases arrive within a week of ordering.

Can I return a custom case?

Custom cases can’t be returned for change of mind, but if anything’s wrong with the print or the fit we’ll reprint or refund — see Delivery & Returns.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Not yet — UK only for now.
